Business personal property rendition, Harris County
Harris Central Appraisal District says owners must render business personal property when the total market value of their assets at the same location is greater than $125,000, and owners at or below that amount may file a certification instead. The filing deadline is April 15, and HCAD lists an online rendition service. It also warns of substantial civil penalties for failure to report.
